Hello, I’m Joanna:)
Yoga, music, traveling, snow, candles, and tea are some of the things I love. And of course, my family – my two kids and husband.
I was born and raised in Athens, Greece, and moved to beautiful Switzerland with my family almost six years ago. I have always been active and curious about learning, and challenging myself is what drives me.
I began dancing ballet at the age of 3, still dancing, and also played tennis for a while. Besides yoga, I love Pilates and practice it regularly. Yoga, Ayurveda, and using candles during my practice and at home have helped me through difficult times and contributed to changing and improving my life.
And here are some photos of me doing my favourite thing!

Kind Words by Students
The yogic path is a journey of lifelong learning.
The Yogic Path asks for continuous education and growing. This could be either stepping onto your mat every day, practicing Svadhyaya, or self-study, or deepening the knowledge through continuing education courses. I believe that this practice not only helps me explore more the yogic path but also fuels my passion for teaching and provides me with more tools that will help me support you in your own path.

AjnaYoga
Ajna is a Sanskrit word which means "command", "perceive", or "beyond wisdom" and is pronounced like "ARG-nya".
In Yoga, Ajna is s the 6th chakra (energy center), or third eye, which is located between the eyes, behind the eyebrow center. Simply put, it is our inner teacher, the center of intuition and insight. I believe that every single one of us has an inner guide, and the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda are here to help us in re-establishing our connection with our inner guidance and wisdom.
Namaste and hope to see you in one of my classes soon!
