My Approach to Yoga
The foundation of my classes is mindful movement. You are invited to move with awareness and find stillness while connecting deeply with your body, mind, and breath. Each practice encourages you to listen to your own body and meet yourself where you are, with compassion and mindfulness.
My mission is to guide you through a practice that cultivates flexibility, balance, and strength while calming the mind through breath and focus.
I aim for every class to leave you feeling more centered, energized, and at ease than when you arrived.
You will practice in a supportive, calming environment where you can explore movement and stillness, feeling grounded, challenged, and nourished.
Accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls and other soothing instruments during a short meditation at the end of the session, each class becomes a unique sensory experience.
Every class is guided with attention to safety, proper alignment, and mind-body connection.
While each session is unique, it follows the traditional principles of Yoga. By integrating elements of Ayurveda—the sister science of Yoga—and sound healing, my classes support you in restoring balance, enhancing well-being, and creating a mindful, healthy lifestyle.
