Good to Know

  • ​​Please book mindfully. For cancellations and no-shows, the Cancellation Policy applies.

  • Group classes take place at AjnaYoga Studio: Winkelweg 6, 8853 Lachen.​

  • Private sessions are available by appointment. You can book online or contact me to find a suitable time.

  • Workshops and special events are announced throughout the year. Please visit the Events page for current offerings.

  • Rest & Reset: Breath, Sound & Meditation takes place once a month on a Sunday and offers 75 minutes dedicated to rest, relaxation, and reconnection.

  • Language should never be a barrier. Some classes are taught in English, others in German. Brief explanations and support can always be provided in either language when needed. Everyone is welcome.

Yoga and Pilates offer personalised guidance in a focused and supportive space.

Sound Baths

A deeply relaxing sound experience for individuals, couples, or small groups. Singing bowls and other soothing instruments create an immersive atmosphere that encourages rest, calm, and reconnection.

Thai Yoga Massage

A traditional bodywork treatment combining assisted stretches, acupressure, and rhythmic movement. Performed fully clothed on a mat, it helps release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance throughout the body.

Ayurvedic Consultation

Personalised guidance based on the principles of Ayurveda to support balance, vitality, and overall well-being. Together we explore lifestyle, nutrition, and daily practices that align with your individual constitution and current needs.

Sound Massage

A one-to-one treatment using Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and other therapeutic instruments placed on and around the body. The gentle vibrations support relaxation, release tension, and promote a sense of balance and well-being.
