Order Processing

I carefully prepare all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Occasionally, postal delays can happen, but I’ll always keep you informed.

 

Where I Ship
Currently, I ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Shipping Options

• SwissPost Economy: 2–3 business days — CHF 8.50

• SwissPost Priority: next business day — CHF 10.50

Free shipping for orders over CHF 65.-

Local Pick-Up
You’re welcome to pick up your order at Winkelweg 6, 8853 Lachen.
Please email me at joanna_ajnayoga@ajnayoga.ch to arrange a time. Orders are usually ready within 1–2 days.

Tracking & Support
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

If your order doesn’t arrive within 7 days of the shipping notification, just email me with your name and order number. I’ll make sure it’s sorted quickly.
