What to Expect

Private Session

In a private breathe·sound·meditate session, we begin with gentle breathwork to open and energize the body. You are then guided into meditation supported by live sound (using Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other instruments) tailored to your energetic state. The session ends with a deep relaxation phase where the breath and sound harmonize fully. Each session is intuitive and adapted to your needs.

Public Class

In group settings, breathe·sound·meditate is offered as a shared experience of collective breathwork, meditation, and sound immersion. After grounding breathwork, participants are guided into a group sound journey, using Tibetan bowls, soft chimes, and meditative guidance. It's a space to connect, release, and recharge in a supportive environment. No prior experience is necessary — everyone is welcome.
