I hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please read the notes below and feel free to reach out.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened candles and soaps cannot be returned.

To request a return, please email joanna_ajnayoga@ajnayoga.ch with your order number and a short note. I’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. I’ll make sure we find a quick and fair solution.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
