1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings, purchases and services offered by AjnaYoga, operated by Tzoanna Karanika in Lachen, Switzerland. By booking a class, service or event, or purchasing a product, you accept these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies applicable to the respective offering.

2. Bookings and Purchases

Bookings for classes, workshops, private sessions and other services are subject to availability and are confirmed through our booking system.

Products are sold subject to availability. A booking or purchase becomes binding once it has been confirmed by AjnaYoga or through the relevant booking or payment system.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking or purchase.

Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) and are applicable at the time of booking or purchase. Any additional costs, such as shipping costs, are shown before an order is completed.

3. Classes and Services

Participation in yoga, Pilates, meditation, sound healing, Thai Yoga Massage and other services is voluntary and at your own responsibility. The separate Liability Waiver applies to participation in physical classes and services. The separate Cancellation Policy applies to cancellations and missed bookings.

4. Online Shop

Purchases made through the AjnaYoga online shop are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur depending on the device used to view the website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory statutory rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the AjnaYoga website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and other materials, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission from AjnaYoga or the respective rights holder, unless permitted by law.

The version applicable to a booking or purchase is the version available to you before the booking or purchase is completed.
