Yoga

Yoga is a practice of movement, breath, and attention.

Movement helps us come back into the body.
Breath connects and steadies.
Attention brings clarity to what we feel and how we respond.

Yoga is not here to fix life.
It offers a way to meet it with more presence and calm.

I teach yoga for the same reason I practice yoga.

Group classes in Lachen

Classes are designed to help you feel more settled in your body and calmer in your mind.

We move with awareness, build strength gradually, and leave space for breath and pause.

Some classes are more dynamic, others slower and quieter, but all move with awareness and allow space to pause.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to “do it right.”
You don’t need to keep up with anyone else.

Approach

Postures are offered with options to challenge yourself or move at your own pace.
Rest is part of the practice.
Attention is on how it feels, not how it looks.

All classes focus on precise, mindful movement and on developing awareness not only during practice, but in how you move and relate to your body beyond the mat.

Small groups, personal space

Classes are held in small groups, with space for up to 8–9 people.

This allows:

  • clear guidance

  • a quiet atmosphere

  • the possibility to be seen without being watched

Styles offered

Yoga Flow

A flowing practice inspired by Vinyasa yoga. Movement is steady, connected with the breath, and designed to build strength, flexibility, and vitality. Sequences move with energy and focus, supporting both body and mind.

Gentle Vinyasa
A softer version of Yoga Flow with more time between movements and a slower pace. This class is supportive if you want to move with ease, stay connected to your breath, and feel grounded without feeling rushed.

Hatha Flow

A structured practice with clear transitions and steady pacing. Postures are held long enough to build strength, stability, and body awareness. Hatha Flow thoughtfully challenges the body, allowing you to connect deeply with your breath and movement. Each class supports both physical vitality and mental clarity.

Yin Yang
A balanced practice combining gentle movement with longer, quieter holds. Active and still phases alternate, allowing both the body and nervous system to soften and reset.

Yin Yoga and Sound
A quiet, restful practice with long-held postures and minimal movement, offered as a monthly special class. Gentle sound supports deep relaxation and inward attention.

Classes are offered in English and German.
