Sound and breath create a simple, yet powerful pause in your day. They offer you a chance to relax, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Through gentle vibrations, soothing sounds, and guided breathwork, you can restore balance, open space within, and feel renewed.

Offerings

Sound Massage (1:1 Session)

Deep relaxation and vibrational healing using Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments placed on and around the body. Each session is tailored to your body and energy, helping release tension, restore balance, and support overall wellbeing.

Sound Baths (Private or Small Group Sessions)

Immerse yourself in a soundscape of bowls, chimes, gongs, and other soothing instruments.

  • Monthly Yin Yoga + Sound Bath events at the studio. A calming, shared experience (see all upcoming events here)

  • Special occasions for small groups or couples, for example: mama blessing ceremonies, birthdays, anniversaries, or other personal milestones

A profound way to rest, reset, and open space within, whether for deep relaxation, a shared ritual, or a unique celebration.

Sound & Breath Journey (Group Session)

A monthly guided group session combining gentle breathwork, immersive sound, and guided meditation to calm the mind, release tension, and recharge your energy.

Practical Information

  • Experience: No prior experience needed; all sessions meet you where you are

  • Attire & Props: Wear comfortable clothing; mats, blankets, and props are provided

  • Booking: Book online or contact me if you need a specific time or a custom session

  • Important note: Everyone experiences sound differently. If you have any medical conditions, are sensitive to sound, or are pregnant, please let me know before your session so I can adjust the experience to support you in the best possible way.
