Service Description

A yoga class designed especially for teenagers. Through movement, stretching, and breathing exercises, teens learn how to build strength, improve posture, and relax the mind. The class creates a supportive space where young people can move, recharge, and develop body awareness.

• Yoga classes: – Morning classes: Cancel by the evening before – Afternoon/Evening classes: Cancel at least 3 hours before • Private sessions: 24-hour cancellation policy (50% charge applies after) Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged.
