Sound Massage
Sound Massage is a deeply restful, one-to-one session using singing bowls and tuning forks placed on and around the fully clothed body.
It offers a quiet space to slow down, release tension, and allow your system to settle.
The gentle vibrations travel through the body like an internal massage, supporting relaxation, grounding, and a sense of balance. Each session is guided by what your body needs in that moment and unfolds at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

What to Expect
You will lie comfortably on a mat, supported by cushions and blankets.
Singing bowls are placed on and around your body, allowing vibrations to move gently through you. Tuning forks are used near or lightly on the body to support specific areas.
Some people experience deep relaxation, others subtle sensations or emotional release. There is no right or wrong experience. Each session meets you exactly where you are.
Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
