Strength • Posture • Mobility • Body Awareness
The classes are rooted in the principles of classical Pilates and informed by a visceral approach that considers the relationship between breath, the diaphragm, the abdominal wall, the pelvic floor, and the body's internal support system.
Through precise and mindful movement, you are invited to develop strength, improve posture, and move with greater awareness and ease.
A steady and intentional pace allows space to focus on:
-
precision
-
breath
-
control
-
alignment
-
body awareness
A variety of props, such as Pilates rings, soft balls, foam rollers, and light weights may be integrated to support alignment, coordination, and muscular balance.
Each class offers options and modifications to meet individual needs and create a practice that feels both supportive and strengthening.
