A gentle space for movement, rest, and connection during pregnancy

Pregnancy is a time of change, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
This prenatal yoga class is an invitation to slow down, breathe, move gently, and connect with your body, your baby, and other women walking a similar path.

This is not about performance or pushing yourself.
It is about care, presence, and community.

Is this class for you?

This class is for you if:

  • You are pregnant in any trimester

  • You are looking for gentle movement, not just a workout

  • You feel the need to slow down and listen to your body

  • You would like to meet other pregnant women in a relaxed, non-judgmental space

  • You are new to yoga or already experienced (both are welcome)

You don’t need to be flexible.
You are welcome exactly as you are.

What to expect in each class

Each 75-minute session is thoughtfully structured to support your changing needs during pregnancy.

Gentle prenatal yoga flow

Slow, mindful movements adapted for pregnancy, supporting:

  • mobility and comfort

  • breathing awareness

  • strength and stability where needed
    ✨ All poses are offered with options, props, and rest whenever required.

Conscious movement and breath for birth preparation

Throughout the practice, we place gentle attention on conscious movement and breathing.
This helps you build body awareness, trust, and inner calm, supporting you both physically and mentally as you prepare for birth.
The breath becomes an anchor: something familiar you can return to, during pregnancy and beyond.

 

Restorative poses and deep relaxation

We slow down towards the end of the practice with supported, restorative poses that allow your nervous system to settle and your body to fully rest.

 

Tea time and community circle

We close the class with a warm cup of tea and time to sit together.
This is a space to share, listen, ask questions, or simply be in connection.

Drop-in (75 min): CHF 35.–
10-class pass (75 min): CHF 330.–

You can use a class pass flexibly and attend when it suits you.

Advance booking is recommended, as spaces are limited to keep the group intimate and supportive.
