Prenatal Yoga & Birth Preparation

Gentle movement, rest, and connection during pregnancy

Pregnancy is a time of change, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
This space is an invitation to slow down, breathe, move gently, and connect with your body and baby.

This is not about performance or pushing.
It is about care, presence, and feeling supported in a meaningful way.

Is this space for you?

This session is for you if:

  • You are pregnant in any trimester

  • You are looking for gentle movement, not just a workout

  • You feel the need to slow down and listen to your body

  • You would like to meet other pregnant women in a relaxed, non-judgmental space

  • You are new to yoga or already experienced (both are welcome)


All practices are adapted to your needs, with space for rest at any time.

What to expect

Gentle prenatal yoga
Slow, supportive movement to maintain mobility, ease, and stability

Breath awareness
Simple, conscious breathing to support both pregnancy and preparation for birth

Restorative poses & deep relaxation
Time for your nervous system to settle and your body to fully rest

Optional sharing space
If in a small group setting, there is always space for tea, conversation, or quiet connection

How to join

Prenatal sessions are available in a flexible format:

✧ Private sessions (1:1 or with a friend)
✧ Small group sessions on request (min. 3 participants)
✧ Occasional prenatal circles (announced seasonally)

The regular weekly class will return from September and will be available via the booking calendar.

Private session (75 min): CHF 120.–

Group classes (from September):
Drop-in (75 min): CHF 35.–
10-class Abo (75 min): CHF 330.–

Abo validity: 6 months
