About the event
Get ready for an exciting adventure as we hop on our bikes and head to the farm! There, the sweet kitty, Meow, and her best buddy, Moo the Cow, will show us around. We'll get to meet lots of adorable animals, like a horse, a duck, a playful dog, some friendly bunnies, and even Hoppy the Frog! As we explore, we’ll practice different animal poses and sounds together.
In this fun class, we’ll dive into the world of yoga, using our imaginations to have a blast, dance, laugh, and enjoy some cool partner yoga activities.
The asanas (exercises) are incorporated into a story and fun yoga games. Children aged 2 to 4 enjoy watching and mimicking your movements. So as you find some time to practice yoga yourself, you'll also have the wonderful opportunity to bond with your kid and spend quality time together.
