Sound Healing & Intuitive Painting

Sound Healing & Intuitive Painting is an immersive experience that invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and express what lives beneath the surface.

We begin with a guided sound meditation led by Joanna, where you’ll be held in a rich soundscape created with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, wind chimes, ocean drum, and other subtle instruments. The vibrations gently guide you into a meditative state, supporting relaxation, inner listening, and visualization. There is nothing to do and nowhere to go. You are invited to simply allow whatever sensations, images, emotions, or thoughts arise to unfold naturally.

After the sound journey, we transition into intuitive painting. Under the gentle guidance of Emmanuelle, you’ll be invited to translate your inner experience into painting.
