November invites us to slow down and turn inward. In this special Yin Yoga & Sound Bath session, we’ll combine gentle yin postures with deep breathing and the healing vibrations of sound. Together, we’ll release tension, calm the nervous system, and find stillness.
A grounding pause before the busy season ahead.
Suitable for all levels, no prior experience needed.
