This experience blends long-held Yin Yoga postures with an immersive soundscape created using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, wind chimes, ocean drum, and other subtle instruments. Each chakra is explored through a dedicated Yin pose, supported by sound and introduced with a short, focused meditation to bring awareness to that specific energy center.

As the body settles into stillness, the sounds weave through the practice, helping to soften physical tension, calm the nervous system, and invite energetic balance. The extended holds of Yin Yoga create space to listen inward, while the vibrations of sound support release, circulation, and deep rest.
