Ayurveda's Miracle Tea
CCF Tea, or the so-called "Miracle Ayurvedic Tea", is a digestive blend of Cumin (C), Coriander (C), and Fennel (F) seeds that alleviates digestive discomfort and encourages a gentle detox. It is suitable for all three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).

The Benefits
It supports healthy digestion, as it gently stimulates the digestive fire (Agni) and decreases gas and bloating.
It is a gentle detoxifier, as it helps the body to release toxins (Ama).
It supports weight loss, as it boosts the metabolism.
It helps with nutrient absorption and stimulates the lymphatic system.
It promotes relaxation by calming the mind.
It is beneficial for nursing mothers, as it supports the breast milk flow.
It is very effective in relieving menstrual cramps.
It assists with congestion by clearing the airway for proper breathing.
CCF Tea: The Recipe
Ingredients
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon coriander seeds
½ teaspoon fennel seeds
4–5 cups water
How to prepare it
Heat the water in a stainless steel pot over high heat. Add the seeds. Allow the tea to boil for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the preferred strength. Strain out the seeds, and serve. Alternatively, you can place your CCF tea in an insulated thermos, and sip throughout the day.
The CCF Tea should be consumed hot.
