Service Description

A gentle flowing yoga practice connecting breath and movement in a calm, steady rhythm. In this class, we move through soft, flowing sequences that link postures with the breath, allowing the body to gradually build strength, mobility, and balance. The pace is slow to moderate and accessible, creating space to move mindfully, release tension, and enjoy a relaxed, continuous flow that helps you unwind and reset at the end of the day. ​ Ideal if you want to: • move in a calm, flowing rhythm • build gentle strength and flexibility • practise vinyasa at a slower, more mindful pace • leave the class feeling relaxed and refreshed

Cancellation Policy

• Yoga classes: – Morning classes: Cancel by the evening before – Afternoon/Evening classes: Cancel at least 3 hours before • Private sessions: 24-hour cancellation policy (50% charge applies after) Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged.
