Service Description

A grounding yoga practice combining strength, mobility, and steady breath. In this class, we move through a flowing sequence of postures, holding some poses slightly longer to build stability, improve flexibility, and develop body awareness. The pace is moderate and accessible, allowing time to move with attention while still creating a gentle flow. This class is ideal if you want to: • build strength and flexibility • move mindfully without rushing • improve posture and mobility • leave the class feeling both energised and grounded Suitable for all levels.

• Yoga classes: – Morning classes: Cancel by the evening before – Afternoon/Evening classes: Cancel at least 3 hours before • Private sessions: 24-hour cancellation policy (50% charge applies after) Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged.
