Service Description

A grounded Pilates class based on the principles of classical Pilates. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and precise exercises, you will build strength, improve posture, support pelvic floor function, and develop greater body awareness.

• Yoga classes: – Morning classes: Cancel by the evening before – Afternoon/Evening classes: Cancel at least 3 hours before • Private sessions: 24-hour cancellation policy (50% charge applies after) Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged.
