Service Description
This monthly session offers a quiet space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Through guided breathing practices, meditation, and a soothing sound journey, the body and mind gradually shift into a state of deep relaxation. The combination of breath, stillness, and sound helps release stress, calm the nervous system, and restore inner balance. No previous experience with meditation is needed.

Cancellation Policy
• Yoga classes: – Morning classes: Cancel by the evening before – Afternoon/Evening classes: Cancel at least 3 hours before • Private sessions: 24-hour cancellation policy (50% charge applies after) Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged.
