Service Description
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you are surrounded by the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and other sound instruments.
While you lie comfortably, the sounds gently guide the body into a state of deep rest and relaxation. The vibrations can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and support inner balance.
Sessions are available for individuals, couples or small groups.
Cancellation Policy
Yoga & Pilates Group Classes
Morning classes: cancel by the evening before.
Afternoon & evening classes: cancel at least 4 hours before.
Late cancellations and no-shows are charged/deducted from your Abo.
Private Sessions
24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment are charged at 50%.
Exception
No cancellation fee applies in case of serious illness, injury or an emergency.
