Service Description
During a sound massage, singing bowls and tuning forks are placed on and around the body to create gentle vibrations.
These vibrations travel through the body and can help release tension, calm the nervous system, and support deep relaxation.
The treatment is experienced fully clothed while lying comfortably. Each session is adapted to your needs and creates space for deep rest and regeneration.
Cancellation Policy
• Yoga classes:
– Morning classes: Cancel by the evening before
– Afternoon/Evening classes: Cancel at least 3 hours before
• Private sessions: 24-hour cancellation policy (50% charge applies after)
Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged.
