Service Description
A balanced yoga practice combining strength, mobility, and deep release. The first part of the class focuses on an energising flow that builds strength, stability, and body awareness. In the second part, we slow down and move into longer-held stretches to release tension in the muscles and fascia. Props such as blocks, straps, balls or bands may be used to support deeper relaxation and mobility. This class is ideal if you want to: • build strength and stability • improve flexibility and fascia health • balance effort with relaxation • leave the class feeling both energised and deeply released

Cancellation Policy
• Yoga classes: – Morning classes: Cancel by the evening before – Afternoon/Evening classes: Cancel at least 3 hours before • Private sessions: 24-hour cancellation policy (50% charge applies after) Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged.
