Service Description
A slow-paced class focusing on deep stretching and connective tissue (fascia) mobility. Postures are held longer to release tension in hips, shoulders, and spine. Props and fascia tools support deeper access and improved circulation. Ideal if you: • Sit for long hours • Feel stiff in hips, shoulders, or back • Train actively and need recovery • Want a slow, restorative class in the evening Calm pace. Deep effect.

Cancellation Policy
• Yoga classes: – Morning classes: Cancel by the evening before – Afternoon/Evening classes: Cancel at least 3 hours before • Private sessions: 24-hour cancellation policy (50% charge applies after) Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged.
