Service Description

An energizing morning yoga practice designed to awaken the body and create steady strength for the day ahead. In this class, we move through a flowing sequence of postures that gently build strength, improve mobility and connect movement with the breath. The pace is moderate and accessible, allowing you to move with awareness while gradually creating warmth and stability in the body. This class is ideal if you want to: • wake up the body with mindful movement • build balanced strength and flexibility • improve mobility and posture • start the day feeling focused, calm, and energised

Cancellation Policy

• Yoga classes: – Morning classes: Cancel by the evening before – Afternoon/Evening classes: Cancel at least 3 hours before • Private sessions: 24-hour cancellation policy (50% charge applies after) Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged.
