Whether through group yoga, sound experiences, or private sessions, every offering is designed to meet you where you are.

Yoga

Yoga is a pause in the middle of everyday life.

It is a way to meet it with more steadiness, breath, and presence.

Our classes offer a supportive pause where movement, awareness, and rest balance each other.


You’ll challenge yourself gently, stay curious, and feel supported along the way.

Yoga becomes a quiet reset; something you carry with you long after you leave the mat.

Sound Baths

A sound bath is a space to rest, listen, and let go.

Sound baths are immersive listening experiences using singing bowls and other soothing instruments, such as chimes and gongs.
You lie down comfortably while sound fills the room and supports deep relaxation.

Sound baths are offered in two ways:

  • as guided group experiences, often combined with Yin Yoga and offered as special events

  • as private sound baths for one person, two people, or small private groups

In group settings, gentle movement may prepare the body before resting in sound.
In private sessions, the experience is adapted to your needs and intention.

Sound baths can be supportive if you:

  • feel overstimulated or mentally tired

  • find it hard to fully relax

  • want deep rest without touch or effort

Sound massage

Sound massage is a body-based vibrational treatment.

In a sound massage, singing bowls and tuning forks are placed on and around the body.
The vibrations travel through tissue and breath, supporting relaxation and body awareness.

Sound massage is offered as a private session.

This offering may be supportive if you:

  • carry physical tension or stress

  • prefer a more contained, personal setting

  • want to experience sound through vibration, not only listening

Sessions take place at the studio in Lachen.

In some private sessions, elements of sound bath and sound massage can be combined, depending on your needs.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is a quiet, body-based practice that supports release, mobility, and relaxation.

The session combines assisted stretching, gentle pressure, and mindful touch to help the body soften and the breath move more freely.


It is both grounding and energising, without being forceful.

Thai massage can be supportive if you feel physically tight, tired, or want to complement your yoga and sound practice with hands-on bodywork.
